You are cordially invited to Alpha Company’s 2012 Reunion to be held at the Columbia Marriott Hotel, 1200 Hampton St., Columbia, SC 29201.

Arrival Date: Tuesday July 24, 2012, Check-in time: 4:00PM.
Departure Date: Friday July 27, 2012, Check-out time: 12:00PM.

Cancellation policy without penalty is 24 hours prior to check-in date.

Room rates: King bed or 2 Double beds = $84.00 + 11% tax per night.
Rates apply up to 3 days prior to July 24 and up to 3 days after July 26.

No parking fees. Free internet service. Each guest receives a 10% discount off the hotel restaurant menu. Hospitality room, Palmetto 1, reserved from July 23 thru July 27.
Hotel shuttle service to and from Columbia Airport is available.

Activities with Alpha Company and the 2/60th at Fort Jackson are in the making and will be passed on to you as soon as we receive official notification. Preliminary plans include observing training exercises, touring training sites, joining the staff and recruits for lunch in a military dining facility, reviewing a graduation ceremony and visiting the Post Museum. There may be additional functions forthcoming.


Banquet dinner will be on July 26, 6:30PM to 11:00PM in Salons D & E.
Cash bar will be setup in Salons D & E from 5:30PM to 6:30PM.
